Hello , i need to tax my car but have just moved house so the car is still registered to my old house , although i have the tax renewal reminder , if i was to tax over the phone could i get the tax disc sent to another address? , I just won't have time to re-register my car before the tax runs out

Nope, you can go in the post office with your log book, MOT and insurance cert, they will give you the tax disc over the counter and then you can send your log book off for the change of address.
