Only asking on here as most of you have BMW's ha.

My mate has a BMW very similar to this on a 2004 reg

He has 225/40/18 all round on tyres but been told has staggered rims on the back so should be running 255/35/18

Anybody know if this sounds about right? Bought it a few months ago with 225/40/18 all round....

i have an E91 3 series with Mv3 alloys and the rear ones are wider then the front.

Sorry, they are M sport wheels same as that link I put up above. How do I see what size of wheels they are?

Yeah M sports have staggered rear on them; I have always ran 255/35/18 on the rear of MV1 and MV2's. Those pictured are MV2's.

They could be reps tho in which case they may not be staggered

at a guess based on the e90

225/40 R18 fronts
255/35 R18 Rears

I would check they are genuine as the copies dont have wider rears

Or check they arnt 4 fronts too

I can confirm 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 on the rears.

I think the staggered MV2's came on sports only?

Also there is a sticker below drivers door catch that tells you tyre sizes.
