They'll probably be cheaper than anyone else you can find, but are a pain in the arse to deal with If you had problems as they don't handle parcels directly.

Hermes collect on Saturdays for no extra charge but it has to be booked the day before.

Also Interparcel are the best brokers I've found and are who I use at work :-)
