after what seems like forever looking for cars and narrowing my already very short list down to 3 possibilities 350z again, leon cupra and a Passat cc v6 (all totally different I know) I finally made the decision....

and got a Honda civic type r gt, took one for a test drive a couple of weeks ago and almost dismissed them but then went back to another garage and tested another one which was much better, its a massive change in driving style and will take some getting used to but I love it.

only got 1 picture at the moment need to go get some more at some point but its standard anyway so not a great deal to see that you probably haven't seen before.

Very good cars, I really like mine, far better than the EP3 I had before.

Few little mods on mine, lowered, HKS filter and Hondata Flashpro so far.

I'm undecided on whether I like the rear one but definitely like the front one.

Interior is a really nice place to be and the standard seats are some of the best i've had in any car.

Nice, good choice.

GP Kit is the shit, though the black cars don't really take advantage of it... all sort of blends in.

Rear one is awesome too.

My old one...

I thought these where had compared to EP3's? Same engine heavier car with a very harsh ride?

Always liked the look of them. Very futuristic.

They are slower. Side by side, the EP3 would pull away.

FN2 are much nicer though, and look best in red.

They are not slower, my mate took me to collect mine in his EP3 and we had a bit of a play on the dual carriageways on the way back and there was nothing in it.

Sco0t on here had a standard EP3 that pulled standard figures at a rolling road day. An FN2 with breathing mods pulled an as expected 220+ the same day. We had a play on way home and we both passed it. I was in a 156bhp MR2.

The harsh ride is pretty much documented by any press review on this car. Not sure what clarkson thinks!

The ride doesn't feel any harsher than other cars if been in, I'd say my mums Leon is worse.

Seats are really comfy but a tad annoying that they don't go back to where they were if you go into the back.

Clarkson definitely gave it a tough time despite TG magazine giving hot hatch of the year...

They revised it slightly in 2010 and gave it LSD as a baseline and apparently that transformed the car, made it several seconds quicker than an EP3 round track but I never drove a non LSD to compare.

Ride is harsh but no worse than the Focus ST or Astra VXR in my experience.

Interior is badass, still probably the best I've seen.

I'd have one again as a daily if I ever get space to keep the Impreza as a proper weekend toy.

The steering input and gear changes felt awesome too, it's a really enjoyable driving experience.

My only frustration of it was it was expensive to modify and couldn't really get any more power out of it without throwing a load of cash at it.
