Last weekend i went with Lamborghini Pangbourne down to Wilton House. Met up with Craig from the new Pangbourne brance, very nice chap he is too.
He drove us down in the Aventador Roadster.. Fast is not the word, its nearly hyperspace lol.
The acceleration in Corsa mode is brutal, so we stuck to Sport mode for most of the drive.
There was a convoy of about 10 cars, including Superleggera, V12 Vantage, Rapide, 458 Spider, Bentley GT's, California and a bloody quick 911 Turbo.

Heres the pics..

and some hospitality when we got there...

Have to say a big thanks to Craig and his team at Lamborghini Pangbourne for such a great experience

Unless your famous, all supercar owners seem old and uncool, kinda ruins it for me.

You lot definitely some kids and dads' days. Imagine seeing all those together on the road

What was the deal with the stopping in the road of what looks like a busy dual carriageway? Not knocking it, about time someone took the fight to those cunting caravan owners.

Ben.. The traffic was a bit slow and the Lambo was getting a little hot.

So we stopped for a bit, took in some scenery, was a little longer than we thought. Noticed the tailback then left in a hurry lol

Got some more shoots lined up soon, classic Ferrari's next week then some more Lambo action the following week.

Doors are finally starting to open for me, taken a while but its getting there

What a dick thing to do! Not out to prove that super car owners are not stuck up pricks who think the world revolves around them then.

Not really, that section of road where they top is NOTORIOUS for massive queues and stationary traffic anyway. It goes from almost 90 miles of Dual Carriageway/Motorway to single carriageway right next to one of the UKs largest tourist attractions, therefore most tourist drivers slow/stop anyway to have a look at it from the roadside (especially now during our School summer holidays)

I used to do that exact section of road on a near enough daily basis for 4 years and know it well. You can easily be sat stationary for 5-10mins where Steve took those pics - about 250-300metres down from where the Lanes merge to Single.

Granted, I don't know that road, but I find it a mildly hollow excuse to hold everyone back just because it frequently happens there anyway.

If your car runs hot and you stop in the middle of the road with all your friends, effectively blocking traffic, you're a dick. I just see no way around that!

If it was a bunch of kids in corsas, i'd agree.

A bunch of supercars? All the cool people would've been jizzing their pants.

I can only assume, confidently, that they had already stopped due to being in the Traffic in the first place, by the fact that the pics show that they are a fair distance back from the merging point.

Yup.
The M3 kept up easily with the California (mostly) and the Bentleys too Not bad for a 16year old wobble wagen
