I have always loved this car ever since I saw it in the early 90s and have seen many examples in museums or shows......

But yesterday on the M6......I saw this......

What an amazing sight, and to hear one in the flesh was simply amazing!!!!!

You should come up to Aberdeen. There are 4 or 5 XJ220s on the road up here. Common as muck

I think the loopiest thing I ever saw on a motorway was a white 911 GT1.

I nearly had a panic attack

You lucky bastard love them.

I saw a F1 when I was about 14, it made my lungs vibrate when he dropped it down a cog, it was that loud.

Whereabouts on the M6 Munchie? Supposedly, the leading XJ220 expert/mechanic/garage that every owner uses is in Trentham, S-O-T, about 2 minutes off junction 15. I've seen a few now around that area; just wondered I this one was en route to or from the garage.

I think it still looks fresh, only things that look dated now are the rear lights and the wheels
