September 1st means the new reg is out. I always turn into a bit of a geek and try and spot them

I like to see how long before we have one in to repair at work. Won't be too long I say.

When 11 plates came out, we had one in after 3 days, an Audi A4 with 61 miles on the clock, had new front bumper headlight wing rear bumper and bootlid

Actually already seen two on the road, one about 7 days ago and the other Friday. First was clearly just a test drive with trade plates, second I've no idea as it even appeared to be the new owner of it.

Have seen loads of others though when I've been working in dealers this week or so.

Can beat that, A woman came into the garage my dad worked at that sold saabs, she came in first thing in the morning, just as she pulled out of the garage forecourt she hit another car!

Seen thousands in work waiting to be shipped out to dealers. They don't have plates on though.

I always see more new reg cars when it's 'proper plate time' e.g 11,12,13. 61,62,63 regs are weird. Or maybe i'm weird? Our focus is a 62 and my nan couldn't figure out what year that meant
