Ok I'll give you some help:

* The pink biped's in white attire, they are human employees.
* The little fluffy yellow creatures making the high pitch noises they are juvenile chickens or chicks as some people prefer to call them.
* The larger white creatures they are adolescent chickens.
* The Alien looking things that were once larger white creatures are deceased adolescent chickens with their outer foliage removed.

At the beginning, they are throwing the chicks around, and looks like they're sorting them. Presumably into male/female, but subtitles would have clarified this.

Sorry for having a GCSE and not needing to work in a chicken factory.

I also hold several valid GCSE's and my knowledge of Chicken(s) ends at Buying, Preparing and Eating them, oh and consuming the odd Egg but It didn't take long for me to twig as to what was occurring..
