Who drinks them regularly?
Theyve started to become a bit of a fashion accessory these days IMO.

I have a Relentless Original or No Fear most days. I don't even really have them for the energy aspect, I just like the taste.

Same as Brett, drink Relentless once a day everyday no matter what I'm doing.

I don't really drink any fizzy drinks unless they're alcoholic.
I especially don't drink energy drinks.
I can't say I've ever felt energised off one

I prefer plain old water both in terms of keeping you alert and for quenching thirst.

Yep, its true as well. When i worked nights, I'd regularly finish a shift at 6am, then get 2 hours kip before going to wherever York were playing that day. Used to always get 2 cans of Monster to keep me going (as usually we'd end up back round town after till 2/3am) which it did for a short burst, but then the sugar crash comes and you feel shit.
Decided to just drink loads of water instead and found that i felt much more awake later on and a lot less shite.

They make your teeth feel furry.
Also, i've noticed when working, if I drink water I don't get a massive urge to piss so can go hours without one, yet one can/bottle of an energy drink (usually lucozade) and an hour later i'm literally almost pissing my pants.
Very odd.

I always had time time my consumption of a can of Monster to within an hour of getting to wherever we we going, any earlier and we'd have to stop
That said water and beer arent much better, especially the latter once you've broken the seal.

Your body uses the water for all it's major functions, energy drinks are full of shite chemicals that give you a massive rush followed by a massive crash.
