Depends on the wheel design, why do you need to have the biggest brakes possible

I had 288's off a cav or calibra v6 under cesaros but had to run them without the weights. Lol

Yes 288 seems to be biggest vauxhall brake set up for 15`s.

I had 292mms under Cesaros with 1.6 Sport Calipers, but they just touched. A little grinding would have made them clear, and I'd not be able to use weights.

288mm is the biggest you can get away with using OE Vauxhall kit.

Yep, 288 mm from a Vectra was what I had - had to run external clip on weights as there was no space for stick on ones within the wheel:

1.6 calipers on big discs? surely the pads were only touching half the disc?

I had calibra turbo calipers (288mm) under 15" pro race 1.2's with space for weights
