Well after buying and improving a 1 bedroom flat and living in it for 18 months the time has come for me and the girlfriend to start living together, so my flat went up for sale and sold quicker than I thought made a decent profit out of it as well  .
we went house hunting and wanted 2 bed semi detached house at first but a family friend came to our rescue and offered her 3/4 bedroom detached house for a silly price, we were unsure we could afford it first but after doing some figures it would be stupid for us to turn it down so we said we will have it.
here's some pictures of what the house is like atm, the house does need improving inside new kitchen, bathroom and decorating.

Bathroom with separate toilet atm but will become 1 big bathroom.

Garage room was used as a bedroom but will become a games room

Little on suit shower room of the games room.
Cant wait to start getting on with the work on the inside, the Outside we will just tidy up make full use of the driveway and put a garage up down the side.

Not in yet, but got some spare keys to start with work which was nice of her. but by the time everything else has gone through it will probably be jan before we move in.

Update Sort off-
Finaly got all my stuff in from the flat and started work. living with my girlfriends mum and dad until the bathroom and master bedroom is done as the girlfriend has just started a new job working shifts.
