Are the requirements for taxi drivers 'can you drive in such a manner as to hold up two lanes of traffic on a dual carriageway'? As that's what this chap seemed to be doing this morning Doing below the speed limit in the right hand lane when there is space to be in the left, therefore holding up the people in the right hand lane and causing a queue so that the left hand lane (including myself) can't move out to pass some lorries

To get registered by Guinness they have to keep it on the menu for 12 months and make at least one sale.
It's been priced at roughly £5350.
