All pretty fucked up to be honest. Seems he filmed some of them, so the trial would of been open and shut, this way nothing really comes out in public

Why not?

I think as his place as a public figure through music, they'll hit him with a big sentence as a warning. He's in the public eye and everyone will be aware of the story.
