Kind of deserves it but at the same time the seller needs doing for this.

And why did he but an Xbox One off eBay?

For some reason, the horrible quality of the photo just makes it all that much more fun.

I once advertised my xbox box on ebay, was probably around 2004ish when the first ones were out. I had in the description in size 24 and ed that no xbox was included, just h empty box. it sold for £200 and I messaged the guy when it ended to tell him it was just the box and was he still ok to pay £200 for a cardboard box. he replied yes so I sent him it. 3 days later he's filed a dispute. Which I lost even after showing them the contact we had. Wrong category apparently, even though there wasn't one for empty console boxes.

Never did get my box back

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

The real winner is the games store, with that publicity, probably thinks the guys is a retard too but are willing to put that aside for the extra business

Wait, did he just get a refund from ebay for paying for an item that was clearly advertised as picture of an xbox one?

This is insane.

Was advertised in the wrong category though. Happend a whole ago with a Xbox box. Either that or he could return the picture claiming it wasn't a good enough quality and oh would receive a refund. Which would of been fucking hilarious

Is it just me, or does his smug expression in that picture make everyone else want to punch him repeatedly in the f*cking face too?
