I've been asked by the mrs maw to try and find a cheap telly for the mrs sister. Now the budget is £200. The mrs sister genuinely couldn't give a buggery about tv quality as it was a fight to get her to ditch her massive old box tv Quick search comes up this:

Loads available around that price at Argos, there's even one with built in DVD. Couldn't comment on one you've posted.

You'll get a Samsung or some other decent brand for that if you look about, Tesco are doing 39" Samsung's for £249 just now.
