The wifes having problems with her texts. When she sends a text msg with a smiley it converts to a picture msg and is charging her. Its never done this before but just started? Also if she goes over 60 characters its changing to mms and again charging? Can anyone help?

Is she using the Google hangouts app for SMS?

Haha glad some 1 is!! Shes changed the input type to automatic and now gets 160 characters but still cant send smileys
