Hi people what's the best way of fitting Gsi skirts on my b.
I've bought all the clips and rivets but want to drill all the holes in the right place without making a mess lol.

I did ask if there was some sort of template but the guy wasn't sure.
Ive had a look through some posts and someone said about masking the sills and then put some paint onto the clips and place the skirt against the car. Will proberly try that with some tigerseal on the top edge to secure them properly.

Clips don't really hold that well, I have them on mine as it's a proper GSi and I've still used a bit of tiger seal, not really worth the hassle of trying to fit the clips when an adhesive is a stronger and easier way of fitting them

Also has anyone got there front mud flaps to fit with the skirts?
Don't like the flat type ones and my wheels have a low offset so poke out a bit and don't want stone chips/dirt all up the car.

As said above, the way I did mine was to masking tape the sills and fit all of the clips to the skirts with the L pieces connected to the back of the skirt. Then put a dab of paint on the raised dots of the clip that gets riveted to the sill. Offer the skirts up to the car being careful that they are lined up straight and put a bit of pressure where each clip is. You should now have a load of black dots on the sills both on the front face and underneath. Line the clips up that get riveted to the sills and mark the holes to be drilled. Then drill the holes and fit the clips. These need to be perfectly lined up top to bottom so that the skirt sits at the correct height but there is a bit of leeway right to left as the clip can move inside the skirt a bit that way. Hopefully this makes sense. I think I have some pics of when I did it which I will upload tonight if I can find them.
