You buy something that is far from as described.

Does the seller refund postage as well and do they pay for the item to be returned since its all down to their retardness of not being able to describe the item and condition properlly?

Send it without a stamp/postage costs. Then the seller will need to pay the postage to get it back.

Need to send recorded and no you dont get refunded
