Hi guys bought a gsi Corsa before Christmas with a blown engine bought a engine and a powerbox and fitted it straight away
Drives quite well but I can't rev it past about 4500k and it dies somtimes when it warms up going down through gears also hunts somtimes when idling if you switch it of and back on its fine again
I've made sure it's all tight and sprayed easy start on all the gaps and it's not revving up
Just wondering what people's opinions are it
Thanks

sounds like an idle control valve problem

No engine management light? Something like that should throw a code, and no revving past 4500k sounds like limp mode. It's usually ICV or a combo of that + EGR to throw it into limp.
