You could only laugh really. Can't imagine you would be out of pocket after a few miles. Would be worse if it was my 225,000 mile car imo. More loss.

It's actually a hire car, someone hired it and was pulling out of the hire place car park
I'll try get some pics but not sure how much of it we are doing as they have there own bodyshop just they don't do jig work. It's come to us like that, alredy stripped etc.

fuck doing half and half, rather do the whole job or not at all
they are giving you all the new panels etc to test fit after youve pulled it i assume?

It's easy money. We do it for some smaller shops to pull and measure.
We have a 14 plate golf in atm done about 300 miles. Bordering write off.

Surely if for whatever reason something along the line doesn't fit right or line up properly, even if you have done your job these lesser shops will try pointing the finger your way... Seems messy to me

We try all the panels on. When measured all out should be fine. And can always adjust the panels easy enough.
