Why have you needed to do that? When buying something using paypal it takes the money directly from you're account and put's it in theirs...

I know when processed refunds on eBay/ paypal it takes 5-7 days to transfer funds over

It's not instant, stupidly slow

I havent got a bloody clue what im doing. I asked him if he wanted me to bank transfer but he said no. Gonna ask my mate to pay it by paypal and ill give him the cash

If you configure a bank account, you don't need to transfer it into paypal. Just make the paypal payment, by default it will use whatever balance you've got first then will send the rest from your configured bank account.

Works great till your account gets compromised, but even then they turn around refunds in hours, providing you don't have buying habits that include mass e-mail software shipped to Nigeria.
