Interparcel are usually the cheapest. Rollcages are a pain though, may have to put it on a pallet and it'll be £60 ish.

I booked city link through parcelmonkey and they picked up a tyre from me today. £9.79 which I thought wasn't too bad at all.
A rollcage in bits would surely not cost 117 quid?
