Basically I have their e-mail, and I need to send someone money, how do I do it? Do I need to put the cash in my bank account and then I can send it through paypal?

Click o n send money at the top. If you have a card linked it'll pull it from there.

Set up the bank account as a funding source.

Find the send money option and follow that.

Bank transfer might take a while if its not already setup so you're better using Paypal balance but if you don't have any you may not have a choice.

Credit card might be quicker I think.

Did a bank transfer in the end. Cheers for the help. Quite why this shop couldn't take a deposit from my card is beyond me.
