If you're sat stationary in a car. All windows closed and a helium balloon inside the car. You accelerate away. What does the balloon do?

Move towards the rear of the car the same as other items that aren't held in place. This will only happen if they break friction.

before the retard crew turn up, fill up a bottle of water, leave a tiny bit for an air bubble and the same thing will happen if you throw it like a dart, the air bubble will move to the front

The balloon as filled will float though, therefore the contribution of the helium must be greater than that of the container.

Wonder what the stats are like of people who think it would go backwards, compared to those who thought the plane wouldn't take off, then correlate it to IQ.
