I really hate it when people put this "THERE IS NO BUY IT NOW AND PLEASE DONT ASK RESERVE THANKS" in their adverts.

FFS why would you turn down money?

You can see his point, although he could have worded it better. How many times have people made a stupid offer on a car for sale on eBay?

I think Ste's point is some people wont take offers even if they are reasonable because they think the eBay police will shoot their family.

My point is, I bought some parts of a guy on a forum who put his ebay advert up instead of a normal advert. I pm'd him offering £150 for the bits. He said no, and I must bid on ebay for it. so I did, and won it for £35. once he had his fees he wouldn't have seen £30.
