Is it worth putting uprated (poly) bushes on my bottom arms on a 206 gti the standard ones don't seem to last long and where's the best place to buy them from

Yes. I've got them on my front wishbones and rear trailing arms and they give great feedback, although can be rather annoying on uneven roads.

Oh yes! Have a complete set on my pug 205 and the things like it`s on rails.
