CollectPlus will be about £5. Always found them to be reliable.
Can get em through Parcel2go, I think so good place to start.

I sent a 1.6kg parcel today from post office first class and it was £8.90. Didn't think it was too bad.

Parcel2Go.com
Although I did send a bottle of oil with Hermes via them, in a massive box, with about 6" room all around it, loads of packaging, and they still managed to break it.

They will more than likely lose it and no one will take the blame.
Honestly I would never use them again.

You can always take it to a collection shop
Parcel2go did have a voucher code for free delivery for new customers might still be valid

Parcel2go all the time. Royal Mail are a rip off now.
There's a new service called 'Inpost' which is brilliant. There are lockers at random locations, you just book it in (I just paid £1.49 for a 50 x 50cm box) scan it into the locker and it opens up a door big enough for you to leave the parcel in, then 1 van comes and takes all the parcels at once.
Or My Hermes is good you just take it to a local shop and it gets picked up from there.
I never wait in for parcels anymore unless it's something big or heavy and use Yodel.

Used them for years, no issues.
Yodel were the biggest cunts, but I've used them since and no problems.

Hermes are the worst joke of a "delivery service" going.
