Anyone got one or looking to get one? Had a look at a few videos and it does look fantastic!
Still obviously going to decide about the new iPhone, but seemingly competitors have seriously stepped things up from a couple of years ago when I had my 4S.

Wtf? Z2's only just came out! I got the Z1 literally a month before that came out aswell. Cunts.
What I will say is that the software isn't perfect on sony's. Both the arc and z1 have had camera error and storage issues. Also both frozen quite a few times.

Indeed. Becoming a bit of a joke now.
I'm all for updating and new stuff coming to market, but it's always a nip and tuck job, rather than actual decent updates.
Ah well, i'm old now so don't need to be down with the cool kids. Happy to keep the Z1 for another year and a half.

well.
it is because sony struggled in the smartphone market for a few years, then they did a lot better with the Z, they then decided they would find it much easier to keep up with the big boys by keeping their design simple, nice screen, fast cpu, good camera, good battery, and they refresh it every 6 months because thats what you need to do to always have a high end phone out
