For noise get an induction kit, or for a bit more power de-restrict the air box and fit a aftermarket air filter.

Will I gain more power by drilling air box with a standard filter? Whilst I save for a performance one

Yeah a wee bit, and a bit of noise. K and N panel filter can't be that dear.
