hi all im in the middle of making the moulds for a fibreglass bonnet and tailgate for the corsa b. the prices will be:
tailgate semmi smooth around 3-3.5kg
£120 collected/ £140 delivered
single skin bonnet, requires 4 pins to hold down around 2.5-3kg (extra weight can be saved by removing the hinges also)
£100 collected/ £120 delivered
double skin bonnet, can be bolted straight to original hinges but will require pins at the front, around 3-3.5kg
£120 collected/ £140 delivered
full set of poly carb windows available also
1mm £90 delivered
2mm £110 delivered
4mm £140 delivered
also custom panels made. just ask for details

can do any panels you want. corsa c bonnet would be the same price as the corsa b bonnet, also have a corsa c tailgate in the stack of panels ready to be moulded

I want doors but they would need to function on standard hinges ect and use proper door handles? You got pics, prices, lead times?
