I have two questions if you dont mind....
Did you have to cut anything for the x20xel throttle bodies to fit?
Where did you get your manifold for it?
cheers

they are not x20xel bodies, z22se webcon inlet manifold, and tullet exhaust.
had bilstien B14's on the B, still for sale.

ah, do you mean x20xev? from mk3 cav's, astra e/g, calibra's, and Vectra b's? or a rare x20xer from opc astra g? (same engine but tuned to 175bhp buy opc) in which case I got a dth set of jenveys from qed, came with ecu, loom, fuel rail, sensors, fpr, coil, few other bits.
http://qedmotorsport.co.uk/qed-shop/vauxhall-ecotec-x20xev/specials/motorsport-kits
don't get their cams though, just regrinds or piper re boxed.
go for kent cams, slightly more but they offer all the valve train for this engine. if you go over 7k rpm you will need new rods as well. and the standard valve caps have been known to shatter at 6800/7000 so need upgrading. c20xe pistons will fit as will z20let rods. astra z20let injectors or vxr if you want much over 180bhp are a cheep upgrade.

no, all goes on. if you want to use longer trumpets then you would need to cut bulk head around cabin air filter. I ran 60mm trumpets so had total inlet length of around 200mm, tried 90mm trumpets but they were to close to bulk head. no space for any filters.

no, I got a lexmaul 4 branch stainless alloy steel manifold when I first fitted the x20xev.
made a custom down pipe to rear box system in 2 parts 2" bore from cat. a copy of the remus centre pipe only bigger.
