There's a few sellers on ebay and amazon, but they all seem to be in the states and i'm not allowed to purchase as they aren't allowed to dispatch overseas.

Any of you good folks deal with 3M in the UK or one of their UK outlets/dealers that you could recommend?

Likely it's just branded under a different name in Europe.

Spray Adhesive 80 would be my guess.
