My 10 month snagging list is going to be due in two months time and it's going to be a long list!
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of using an app to photograph and document each issue which can then be put into a report and emailed?
Plenty to choose from on the iOS app store, but personal reviews are appreciated!

The last job we did they used site audit pro. It was good from their point of view, you just walk round with a tablet, take photos and add comments then email it over but it left us as the contractor with a massive pile of paper because we don't use tablets.

For professional snagging I rarely use photos.
Just describe each item on a room by room basis in word - the builder will find it far easier to tick off items one by one than a ream of paper

We kind of do the same, but back it up with photos (just to prevent arguments)
Although we use excel, then title each room and location of each item, plus other details such as severity etc.
