Can any one recommend me a reliable free vpn that won't take 24hours to download one bbc iplayer programme only ro fail 20 mb from completion.

is it purely for player?
If so them maybe a trial of https://www.smartdnsproxy.com. I used them on holiday and it worked fine. Allowed me to download the match that I couldn't get to normally.
I can't comment too much on speed as the internet connection it self was only 2mb so not fast in the first place but didn't seem to put any extra overhead (it shouldn't really as its just a DNS redirection)
(After the trial they also sell it very discounted like 70% off so its a couple dollars per month
