i have a 5 door so what ive done is irrelevent really. i cut the rear metal archs up 1 1/2 inch (but i had to do that for the wide arch) and i used longer bumpstops, i can carry a full car with no rubbing

MATE READ THIS:
i got exactly them tyres.... i cant lower the back cos of rubbing, and the front is lowered 40mm and smacks my arches.... i had my arches made so they are smoothed in and now i got cracks and a phat chunk missing!!
im desperately trying to get 45/195
but they do fit to answer ur question!

yeh mate without body work but i well wouldnt recomend it...
if ur lowering it 60, on full lock or slightly turnin ur wheel ur gonna smack ur front arches big time, and when u corner ur backs are gonna rub
