The recent thread on here got me thinking about the Corsa Gsi and how hard it is to come across a decent one now.

It would cost a fortune to do, but where could you get a right hand drive Corsa Gsi from?

Out of interest I have been searching around and I have checked a couple of South African sites, but their version is quite different to ours.

Part of the problem is searching for a model that might be named differently abroad - vauxhall/Opel/Holden etc. I think you can get them in Australia - but God knows what the model is over there! Do they even badge up as Gsi?

If anyone can find some post it up

He's asking 3k Euro though, it is a tidy valver but that's top dollar for even a nice one.

They exist in North America also, but not sure of name. Presumably Chevy or Saturn.

They are pretty cheap here, no rot usually just knackered sun damaged paint. Shipping to UK is just under £1000 RORO. You can also get genuine black ones. I am still looking for a good standard one to restore.

I paid $250 for a 1994 one, shell was perfect, paint and engine not so. gumtree.com.au is used a lot here.

I remember there was one Aussie Gsi on here! Links are interesting.

Found a couple of Spanish ones too. The Spanish tend to buy cars new and drive them until they are dead though!

I had one until a month or two ago, scrapped it though. Aircon setup was a bit of an after thought in it, not like the later ones.
