What a plum!
At first I thought it was someone filming the bike, hanging out of the sunroof of a small blue car that was tailgating the cyclist!

They are Nic.
But some cyclists need a good slap.
Case in point being Mr experienced here, who was so busy gawping at the motorist that he crashed into his 'noob' mate.
I ride and have done so for many years, but i've been half way out of my car in Greenwich Park etc before now, on one or two occasions, in an attempt to throttle the rude and pig-shit ignorant twonk, who's blood was very nearly on my hands, through his ineptitude and lack of road craft, common sense, self preservation and basic cycling skill.
IMO all cyclists should be drivers and all drivers should be cyclists

Hate it when cars won't overtake a bike unless the entire Road is clear. Really holds up traffic. You don't need to swerve right over to the other lane to go past. Most of the time I go passed bikes with traffic coming the other way, never caused any dramas or pissed off any cyclists

Also looks dark and I can't see lights on either bike?
Plenty of room, no drama whatsoever until he was so happy that something happened.

There was room though.
And if they'd have had lights they'd have been seen sooner.
I think the fact he crashes after the car is clear says a lot. Like it was fine but they love a good fuss.

Its not a troll, you genuinely dont need the whole road empty to go round a cyclist, if you do then you have terrible judgement and are guilty of holding up traffic unnecessarily

The camera bike had lights. Front one wasn't that useful when he's hiding behind his mate though.
Poorly judged overtake by the car, poor anticipation from the camera bike, especially when he knows his mate is inexperienced, plus he was far too close. Had he left a suitable gap he could've stopped or passed his mate with ease but as otherwise mentioned, that wouldn't have been a good enough video for the internet.

Lol i saw that the other day.
Although the cyclist was legally allowed to be there, and the driver was clearly going over the top, it did make me think he had a bit a point to being a little annoyed, as there is clearly a cycle path which would stop any traffic build up if used. If nothing more out of consideration for the motorists, it would also be safer for the bikes. It works both ways.

I just like it for the completely OTT reaction from both sides for what is a pretty nothing event. Its a caricature of the attitudes of a lot of people on the road these days. Far too angry about such small incidents. People make mistakes, if it hasnt caused any damage, just roll your eyes and get on with your journey.
I'd be risking a heart attack daily if i had a meltdown like some people do when someones poor judgement causes me to slow down or move out of the way to avoid a collision and no doubt end up making errors myself as I'd be in such a poor state of mind to be driving.

I get the impression he crashed in to his mate just so he could upload that on to You Tube.
I biked to work for several years and had people cut me up, walk out on me etc and there was no reason for him to fall off!
