Not too far back, looks like the early 2000's, mate just stumbled across it and sent it to me

bored at work and just sat and watched it....omg some of the hair styles....utter cringe, lol at some of the cruises, some proper slags who get their tits and arse out in a car park just because someone from max power has a camera

weird as i would have been about 14/15 when this was going on

I drove past Burger King in Guildford on Sunday and it brought back memories of burn-outs and shit music..
