I just phoned my bank up to ask about something on my account, and it sounded like I phoned India or something!
Some Indian sounding bloke answered the phone and the line was all crackly and stuff I was thinking OK... whatever!!
Also, why is it whenever I phone my bank they try to sell me stuff ie. loans, credit cards etc.

I feel that NatWest are the way forward with there direct line to your local branch.
I am going to move banks. HSBC are gash.

I had to file a compliant against the AA - charging my card for stuff i didnt want, that was an indian call centre - theyre on commision.
I got a letter of apology.

Yes, HSBC's intrest free overdraft is very good. But it stops there.
NatWest are the way forward.
