14.5k ish (after discount). Substantially cheaper than the Focus RS Turbo.

What else could I get for that cash with 200+ BHP that is reliable (ie, not kevved up) that I should consider.

Faster on paper and on a track but as I won't be racing on a track and don't particularly like driving at 7000 revs to get some power along the M8 I'll give it a miss.

I may buy an older Merc SL500 which although dearer is nicer.

Jap cars mean fucked turbo engines after a few years, they are shite. They don't last the test of time without having to rebuild them every year.
