I fitted my rieger rear apron it was easy enough had to cut the original bumper to fit then screw and bond it on 

Doesn't look too bad seems me and a mate fitted it in my garage

just done mine. took the bumper off and cut the bottom of it. lined it up and tigersealed it into place holdin it with some clamps.
then finished it off by moldin it in with some fibo and filler. looks sweet as!
