Sick of problems with old cars so im gonna buy something brand spanking new instead of going for an engine conversion- what do you reckon i should get- budget of £11k which must include insuranca and some nice wheels- im 21 with 2 year no claims so it cant be that mental- and i want something which you dont see everywhere- want something new or under 2 years ols......my shortlist so far

1-mini cooper one
2-seat ibiza
3-mg zr- can get these cheap
4-golf
5-106 gti
6-punto
7-new corsa gsi(when does this come out)

what do you reckon i should get- and if you now prices that would be good

Corsa GSi will be about £15k and high insurance group to boot.

10k + 1k insurance, or even GTi6 if you can get the cover

i want something that i can just add subtle mods toovthat will look good- and something thats fairly tuneable- going to be keeping this car for a long time so i want something good

This is true mate. I wonder if you can get some kind of discount if you pick up the car from Cowley as opposed to having delivery to your local dealer included in the price?

i do really fancy getting a mini cooper though- yellow one with some nice white alloys one- they do handle well fromwhat ive heard

i know 106 is a good car but im really not that keen on the look of them
