Got inlet manifold, chip, decat, backbox and sealed induction kit but want to beat 2.0l novas!
Whats best to take me engine to near 200bhp?

1. Nitrous would cost £1000 with a controller, +£1000 for re-fills the way i drive!

2. Turbo's gonna cost at least £2000 and not confident on it fitting!

3. Ported head, valves + cams with pocketed pistons will also cost a bit.

What would peeps recomend?

Apart from a 2.0l!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In all fairness, your gonna need to spend a few quid if you wanna up the bhp to any large extent. Head work and throttle bodies are your best bet but do you wanna spend the doller.

i agree with beard boy on this one.
2.0 turbo uprated inster cooler dump and port polish, cams lifters rods and throttles, 4/2/1 manifold, larger bore and performance zaust system.
will get you close to the speed of sound.

the cheapest way, in fact free way to make your car faster, is to strip eveything out of it

Thats me option if i find me air con has packed up 2moro.
Hoping it'll only need re-charging with gas!
If not all the pipework is being stripped out!
An even cheaper way 2 get it quicker is to sell me shell and put me engine in a nova!!!!!!!!!!
