latest around 6 1/2 hours,

absolutly ace

altho i was hit aBOUT6 TIMES IN THE HEAD AND GOT about 4 hooge lumpson me forehead.

2 on me arse, 3 on me back, and a few on me legs

go and do it if u already havent

sould arrange a cs team session at paint ball. LOL!

yea it hurts. had an all day session that laster 10 hours! ended up doing matrix kinds of stuff like trying to run up walls! LOL!
