Could be your zorst knocking on the axle or rear bumper...

What exhaust you got? Proper corsa ones don't have that much of a problem. Can be worth getting some harder mounts though or moving the bracket which holds the backbox onto the centre pipe round a bit so the bolt is away from the axle...

It's to do with the hardness too -- the exhaust bounces around more. Plus the gap is smaller cos it's dropped...

It's either the springs hitting it's maximum compression, mine does this. Or zorst on the rear axle, solved by getting some ford focus rubber mounts and tape up some pipe insulation on the axle where the zorst is hitting.

just turn ure clamp for ure backbox so the nuts are facing sideways, as opposed to downwards, (if u havent already done it)
Mines down 40mm on p1 springs and std shocks, bangin at first (it was the clamp)
Problem solved, it started doing it again, thought it was zorts hitting fuel tank as it was very close, adusted it. noise still there.
Found out it was the rear springs had collapsed, 2 coils were touching, the noise was the coils hitting and rubbing (this was with only me in the car aswell)
So ive ordered a full FK Automotive suspension kit (-40mm) from PVD
