yea, but you'll need an adapter to accomodate the difference in the bore
most exhaust garages will be able to fit it for you

Bigger...the 1.0 12v exhaust bore is small...

the 1.2 backbox will be a matter of mm's bigger than your 12V exhaust system.
So, you have two options that i can think of:
1. Buy and fit an adaptor pipe (not t0o sure where from)
or
2. Cut an extra slot on the end of the backbox pipe. So when you tighten the U-bolt, the pipe will tighten further, hence decreasing the bore size, this is the method i have used for my 12V and have had no problems, leaks etc..

I didi the same except my back box was off a 1.4 simply cut two more slits into the pipe so it all nipped up. Worked a treat.
One word of advise though use a U bolt coz u can get a tighter hold, unlike with the bad.Also make sure ya postion ya u bolt in the right place or it will bang on the rear axle on Big bumps especially if ya moto is lowered
