HOW DO I DO THE BAD BOY BONNET, WHATS THE PROCESS TO ACIEVE THIS LOOK AND WAHT METAL ETC DO I NEED?

weld on some steel sheet, but be very careful cos the bonnet will distort. then fibreglass and fill it up so its smooth.
