if you just want to remove the small lock hole you you weld a lplate on the inside, and outside and then fill in the hole and paint over it
best to get a pro to do it

Use filler an weld plate/spray... Bodyshops chare 200 quid for it, it really cost bout 60 quid... And for Corsa C you'll be lucky to find solenoids that work on the boot... Need to resort to a pull cable!

The more filler an fiberglassy stuff u use the more it'll look warped... after a month the filler will contract ever so slightly... Only notice it from like a few inches away, but, I'm like that, like it to be perfect!

if u use f/glass filler and then just a light skim of isopon then it wont sink coz the f/glass filler wont sink and itll stop the filler from sinking

just use fiber glass matting, which btw is used to fill in holes in bodywork anyway, then use some filler over it, it's easier and cheaper to do.
