Was 40mm with APEX springs, it's now 60mm with APEX shocks and springs
Before:
Now:
Doing the rear's either monday or sometime next weekend
Bit bumpy but it goes into roundabouts much better and isnt as bouncy and soft as before with just springs.
Bring on the 16's

You have got to give them chance to settle in, they will drop a fair bit until they settle properly!!!!
Ive got 60mm and 16's and reakon its the best combo, although i wanna get the FK coilovers and drop it 75mm on 195/40/16 tyres!!!!

60mm on 14's... I put my car like that and it was metal Felt like I was scraping down on the road itself! Handled so sweet too.
Nearly ripped my front mudflaps off on any tiny little bumps on the roads tho (was that low!!)

I sometimes forget how low it actually is. Just need the rears doing now. Think i might wait for my 16's to arrive frist.
Its a bit bumpy and rocky but it takes corners soo much better now.

It doesnt look as low as it is. I'm gonna take a recent one to show everyone that it has dropped more since they were fitted.
The pic was taken after i fitted the fronts, its lowered 60mm at the front and 40mm at the back.

Cheers Mate but it aint quite low enough!!!! Ordered my new 16's yesterday and hopefully be in the country for PV2003 and gonna get 195/40/16 tyres and then in a couple of months get some FK coilovers and drop it down to -75mm!!!!! Think the bupers and skirts and pretty much all the bottom of the car will form even more of an intimate relationship with speed bumps

I like ur reg plate too! Very clever
I cant get skirts or a kit as i have a sloped driveway and even with 14's there must only be about 3 inches of space when at the crest of the slope

Yeh steiny skirts would be fine, and my bumper is about the same size as the standard bumper!!!! Or the irmascher front aidam bumper Thats a cracking bumper and the bumper i would of got but at £400 its was a bit expensive
Also irmascher rear is another spanking good bumper and at only £231 or something its goodish value

Thats what i would go for, all expensive but justified with its build quality and finish.
