thank fuck my law module didnt have an exam. It was enough reading as it was!

Negligence = key point... was the incident reasonably foreseeable.

Negligence involves the following factors:-

Was a duty of care owed (as established in Donoghue v Stevenson 1932 the neighbour priciple)
Secondly was this duty breached
And was there some harm a result of the breach of the duty of care

my sister does law at uni and TBH i the amount of work she does

I would concentrate on two out of three and hope to get good marks on those to compensate

Do selective revision. I missed out a whole topic on my law exam cos you only had to do 3 out of the 5 questions. Luckily enough I could do three of them, Saved me loads of time. A Tad risky I admit. Depends on structure of exam though.

BTW Law is so boring! All it is, is a memory test really. Technically it's not so hard. so unfortunatly you need to put the time in and remember the cases.
